The largest oyster shell reef in Corpus Christi Bay, Long Reef is an extension from Ingleside Point. It size and proximity to the deep open waters of Corpus Christi Bay make long reef a good choice for trout all year. Closer to the island, the reef is covered with grass and pot holes that hold good populations of speckled trout and redfish.
