The Three Sloughs is also known as Cayo del Infiernillo is a large shallow set of sloughs near the entrance to Alazan Bay on the northwest shoreline. In Alazan Bay in front of Three Sloughs there are a number of reefs and a deep hole that hold trout and redfish. The shallow cuts and shoreline near Cayo del Infierno are good for targeting redfish.
