Pie De Gallo is the point of land where the southern shoreline of Baffin Bay curves from the main body of Baffin Bay to the mouth of Laguna Salada. The shoreline offers good wade fishing for trout and redfish. Off of the Pie De Gallon toward Sandy Hook, there is a hole that drops to 7 feet that is good for trout. Closer to shore in the same direction are a set of rocks that hold redfish and trout all year.
