Located at the mouth of Baffin Bay as it meets the Upper Laguna Madre, Compuerta Pass is a shallow cut between the spoil banks along the Intracoastal Waterway and the mainland. The grass and scattered rocks make Compuerta Pass a good area for trout and redfish most of the year.
